  Nigel's team at Glow are the go-to guys and girls for AC in Adelaide. I've used them on numerous occasions now and have always been impressed. They've just finished a domestic install at Middleton for me with two Daikin split systems and I have to say it is easily the best-looking and most professional fit out of all the contractors engaged on this job and the heating/cooling performance inside will be perfect for our needs. Thanks GLOW HCE, you are legend!

  We have used GHCE a number of times recently. They have always been prompt, professional and well priced. Their customer service is second to none. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install an air conditioner/heater.

  When I rang last week to speak to someone I was told no one was available and that someone would call back. I rang the next day and the same thing happened. My wife rang and finally spoke to someone to get them to come out for a quote, but halfway through the conversation they said they had to take another call. My wife was put back to the receptionist who said someone would ring back but once again, no one did. The initial customer service from them is that poor we have decided to avoid using them.

  I've just had ducted air conditioning installed with Glow & cannot recommend them highly enough. They were on time (which is almost unheard of for tradies), efficient, finished when they said they would & didn't leave a mess. All of the staff I have dealt with, both in the office, during the quote & the installation have been friendly & helpful & go out of their way to accommodate the customers needs. So happy with my new air conditioner & with Glow.
